Possibly: Justlike the rib hump on the back this can be part of the rotational deformity in scoliosis we are better at treating other parts of the deformity than rotation but getting better so just like the rib hump some improvement can be expected but usually incomplete resolution as the rule surgery is done to prevent progressive deformity not done for pain or cosmetics as primary goal generally.
