Thoughts? could my ribs and breast size even out after scoliosis surgery?

Possibly: The rib hump associated with scoliosis can be improved if not eliminated with surgery by "de-rotating" the spine. This may also improve breast cosmesis by re-aligning your rib cage. A surgeon with experience in scoliosis correction can examine you and your x-rays and give you some idea of what to expect. Large rib humps may require removing part of the ribs but that is done less frequently now.
