Is it safe to get breast enhancement surgery?

Yes: The safety of breast implants has been supported by much research since the issue was raised in the 1990's. Unfortunately, it is a natural process for one's breasts to change throughout life (from 19rs to >80) and the re-operation rate after breast augmentation is high. You should see a board certified plastic surgeon to answer your specific concerns.

Within reasons - Yes: I have done a large number of breast enlargement surgeries. There can be some complications, but not common. First see a board certified plastic surgeon on consultation. Discuss all the advantages and problems and complications. Then make the educated decision.

Yes.: Breast augmentation surgery is generally a very safe procedure as long as some guidelines are followed. Seek consultation with board-certified plastic surgeons who can demonstrate excellent safety history/record. Anesthesiology and surgery facility should also be considered. Both saline and silicone breast implants are “safe” but each have pros/cons associated with their use. Consultation helpful.
