May not be possible: If she seems to be dangerous to herself or others, call the police. Try to talk with people to whom she'll listen. Getting the mentally ill to accept treatment is often difficult. Remember you are not responsible for her life, and if you fail, it doesn't make you a bad or ungrateful child.
