What could it mean if i have severe headaches a lot & really bad short term memory loss? i do something and 5 minutes later i don't remember that i it

Headache: You should make an appointment with your doctor concerning your headaches and you other symptoms. It is not normal for headaches to cause memory loss.

I don't know: But, with severe headaches and memory issues at your age, you need to get evaluated by a neurologist to see why, get properly diagnosed, and treated if need be. Best wishes.

Headaches memory: I would have an evaluation by neurologist. Could be migraines, but also aura from seizures which then could cause memory problems.
