I've deprived myself of nicotine for 18 days now. need some motivation to keep going?

Cessation program: Smoking cessation programs give you both professional and peer support to remain motivated to quit. If you are experiencing difficult withdrawal symptoms (craving, anxiety, insomnia, irritability) that are threatening your abstinence, consider use of nicotine replacement therapy as well to reduce these symptoms. Some people find acupuncture and hypnosis useful, but a support program would be 1st.
