Not a good plan: Quitting medications cold turkey is rarely a good idea. At 60mg of vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) a titration program with your doctor was in order. Typically the stimulant class withdrawal lasts about 2 to 4 weeks. I would call my doctor today about this and seek out some recommendations personally.

Depends: I assume you were taking the medication for adhd. If this is so, some of the symptoms you describe are common symptoms of adhd. The half life of this medication and its metabolite is approximately 11 yours. Thus, it should be out of your system in 72 hours.
