Practice: Cardio activity has a very quick improvement curve which will be satisfying for you to see. If you are running, jogging, or walking, just keep it up for 30 mins 4-5 times weekly and,you will be amazed at how quickly you improve and can feel strong for a mile. This takes consistency but not over exertion. Don't push so hard that you are short of breath. You should be able to talk a bit .
