Wait: I once had a new teacher who was nervous about teaching--it was her first time. She didn't sleep well, so drank coffee to wake herself up. Later, she explained to us what happened: that she was just anxious, but now that she drank caffeine, she was anxious and jittery! you just have to wait for the caffeine to clear your system, then see a counselor for help with the anxiety.
