Please tell me, are sinuses under the bones of the face?

Yes: There are 4 paired sinuses. The maxillary sinuses under the eyes in the cheek area, the ethmoids between the eyes, the frontal sinuses above the eyes in the forehead, and sphenoid sinuses in the middle of the head just above the nasopharynx (back of the nose).
