Therapy helps: Therapy helps, if you want it and are willing to work on your problems. Tell the therapist about your concerns about school. They may have some suggestions that will help. If you are feeling depressed, why not talk to someone who is trained to help? Go with an open mind and a willingness to talk about any and all problems that are bothering you.
