May not be possible: In certain situations, it is necessary to have those teeth extracted. If so, all the brushing and you do will not stop that necessity. If the teeth are impacted horizontally and are hurting you, there is nothing you can do to relieve the pain other that extraction.

Oral surgeon: See an oral surgeon. He/she is best equipped to discuss whether extraction is indicated and to remove the teeth if indicated. At your age, risks are increased. Risks increase with additional aging.
