Not long at all: Typically with sedation it can take from 10 min to 20 min. However, another 30 minutes or more will be needed to recover from the anesthesia. Have your wisdom teeth removed by a doctor that performs this procedure everyday.

Two answers: One answer relates to scheduling and how busy your dentist/surgeon is. Some offices may require a separate consultation appointment prior to surgery and appointment schedules can vary from office to office. Another answer relates to the actual surgery itself. Surgery time may depend on your age, position and development of your teeth, sedation techniques, and the skill of your dentist/surgeon.

Every case is unique: Impacted teeth or ones that have extensive root development may take up to an hour+. If only local anesthesia is required 35-40 min. Good luck.
