What to do about horrible shoulder and trapezius pain?

See an Orthopod for: Evaluation and investigations, so proper treatment could be initiated for you. In the meantime, start with nsaids, resting the shoulder, ice +/- heat would helpful. A ms relaxer would also be beneficial. Good luck ; happy holidays.
