Various: 44y female w. spinal stenosis, disk degeneration, loss cervical lordosis & history shoulder surgery w. severe unilateral Superior trapezius painful muscle spasm, esp. shoulder blade. POTENTIALLY CAUSAL: crossed Trapesium muscles, see below, large breasts, anterior sloped shoulders, swan neck, asymmetric shoulders, tilted head, thoraco-lumbar scoliosis & repetitive stress on computer looking left.
