Weight Training: It all depends on how often you lift weight or do bench press. It is probably not practical to add 5# each workout if you are lifting 3 days weekly. Only you can judge your strength. You should also have a spotter for bench press. As you strength increases then add additional weight to your workout. This question is totally dependent on how fast your strength increases.
