Pushups: Not sure what you're looking for exactly, but if you're looking for quick things to do with just 10 - 15 minutes during lunch at work, you could do pushups and dips using chairs. Also you could bring some light weights or bands to do biceps curls, triceps extensions, rotator cuff strengthening, etc.
