Jogging....: There are a number of good cardio workouts... Find one that works best for you , or is more convenient for you. Other people like to vary there aerobic workouts... Here's a few: fast walking, jogging, stair master, elliptical , bicycling or ex. Bike, tennis, basketball , handball, racquetball etc. Get started! best of luck.
