Anorexic: Anorexia nervosa by itself is a life-threatening illness and requires comprehensive treatment with a team of professionals: primary care physician, psychiatrist, psychologist/other psychotherapist(s), nutritionist, etc. With diabetes added, the risks are much worse. A person can have both illnesses at the same time, each requiring medical attention. Neither is "nothing to worry about"!

Do not see many: I do not see many anorexia patients who are diabetic. Anorexia is certainly something to worry about. Go to a doctor.
