26, normal weight, no diabetes, anxiety disorder. every time i get bp checked, i get scared it'll be high and then it is. normal? should i worry?

Common: Elevated blood pressure when taken in a formal medical setting is not uncommon especially if you are extremely worried it will be high. Certain medical certifications require blood pressure to be within a certain range or restrictions could apply which in turn affect the person's livelihood. Check your blood pressure at home multiple times with a good electronic b/p cuff. See doctor with results.
