Find practitioner: Hi, find a mental health practitioner who uses cognitive-behavioral techniques but also understands deeper work. Sometimes hypnosis can help anxiety in the short term while you do longer-term work to make changes 'stick.' i imagine there are also self-help programs that teach basic anxiety-management skills such as relaxation, deep breathing, and so on.
