Do have a full exam!: It sounds very important that you have a full physical examination. Even if there are no clear findings, something is not right and you need to get it addressed. If it does appear to be an anxiety disorder, you need to find a good psychotherapist and perhaps a psychiatrist. Best wishes!

Anxiety: It is possible it could be a side effect of anxiety but it could also be caused by other medical conditions. Consult with your doctor to rule out any medical concerns.
