Therapy can help: If you feel like your depressed mood is getting in the way, therapy can help. To find a psychologist in your area check out http://locator.Apa.Org. Consult with a psychiatrist about medication options. You might also want to look into group therapy. It can help you to feel connected to others again.

Things you can do.: Talk about feelings ; address problems. Don't avoid them. Aim for 7.5 - 8 hours of sleep/ night. Daily physical activity is optimal in a green space. Eat healthfully. Cut out junk carbs, caffeine ; alcohol (or moderate). Try qi gong, tai chi, acupuncture, acupressure, homeopathy, meditation, yoga, exercise program, deep breathing exercises or progressive muscle relaxation. Consider talking therap.

DEPRESSION: 1st have a physical exam to rule out a physical problem. Please consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy to help you with ZOOM.com sessions. With psychotherapy you can change & find better coping mechanisms for dealing with stress and with Depression that makes it hard to cope with stress. Medication can be helpful prescribed by a Psychiatrist.
