Check dx + see below: Provided that you are being treated for a correct diagnoisis. Then md must consider that dose needs to be readjusted upward, also , md may need an alternative agent not methylphenidate but possible amphetamine. Psycostimulant. Also, i am assumming that no ohter agents are being taken thatt interfere with ritalin. Have you ruled out that pt. Is a drug abuser ; ineffectiveness related tabuse.
