I was diagnosed with adhd, is it curable?

Treatable: Symptoms can be brought under control with behavioral techniques and sometimes with the addition of medication, most times ideally with both. There are many things people with adhd/add can do to make their symptoms have less impact on their lives, and learn how to embrace and thrive with the disorder rather than letting it rule their lives. See a doctor/therapist who specializes in the disorder.

Treatable: ADHD is a condition where treatments can be very effective and helpful. i would recommend being seen by a provider with specialty in this diagnosis and looking at various treatment options.
