Borderline PD: Medication can help manage some of the symptoms of borderline pd, but it takes working in psychotherapy also for optimal results. You need an individual therapist and probably also dialectical behavioral therapy (dbt). This is mindfulness-based skills training to work with the painful emotions which cause so much chaos in the lives of people with this disorder ; their significant others.
