None: True antisocial personality disorder has no medication treatment. In addition, traditional therapy has little benefit as the individual just lies to the therapist. There needs to be consequences for antisocial behavior. This is why we have laws and jail.

None really: There is no medication to treat that dx, it is a pervasive pattern of traits-one chooses to adopt. Therapy seldom helps as few people with this problem choose to get "treatment". There may be symptoms of depression or anxiety, or or anger that might respond to medication and perhaps have a broader effect on behavior as well.

Antisocial: The hallmark of this disorder is the person seems to have no conscience, or sense of morality, or right or wrong. This person cannot empathize with others, is opportunistic, predatory, and often thrill seeking. An example of this would be Charles Manson. There generally is no "curing" these people, as they are extremely resistant to treatment, be it either with meds or therapy.
