Reframe your quest: If you had a sprained ankle, you would likely seek out crutches to help you keep up. You need to understand that most of us are not trained with all the skillsets needed to overcome all of life's burdens. Find a life coach to learn those skills, whether they are called a social worker, psychologist, therapist, whatever. Get passed the fear people will call you nuts & do this for you.

Seek help : Studies show that Cognitive Behavioral Therapy can help you intelligently think about your past experiences and how they affect your current symptoms. Forgive yourself, Believe in yourself, we believe you can do it. Consider starting CBT online first and allow yourself time to improve. Also see Psychiatry to rule out other conditions in postpartum period related to the stress of childbirth.
