Frozen shoulder: I would not advise it especially since you do not have normal range of motion at your shoulder. Supervised physical therapy sessions that include gradual active and passive range of motion exercises would make more sense. Getting a cortisone injection to help relieve pain may be helpful. As your range of motion, strength, and pain improves, then you have less risk of re-injury or worsening.
