Need evaluation: Frozen shoulder can be caused by acute trauma, instability, cervical nerve compression, etc. Long term, motion loss can become sever and muscle atrophy and weakness can result. It is extremely important that you undergo a comprehensive evaluation and treatment program. If condition does not improve, re-evaluation, additional therapy and possibly more tests may be required.

See ortho surgeon: Defiinitely you need to see an orthopedic surgeon to examine you and make a proper diagnosis.X-rays are necessary to make sure what you have is frozen shoulder vs glenohumeral arthritis that could give you similar symptoms but treament is much different.
