Stretching Technique: If you are young and healthy you might benefit from specific stretching techniques. Try pulling your arm across your chest with the opposite arm until you feel the stretch and hold for a count of five then take a deep breath and relax. Repeat the process 5 times per set 2 sets per day for 3 days. If the pain presists or is getting worse have you doctor examine you.
