Yes: Yes. Tendinitis and bursitis involve swelling and inflammation of the tendon ( the structure that attaches muscle to bone), and bursa ( a sack or cushion on top if the shoulder joint). These can get inflamed after surgery or with injury, use, arthritis, infection, etc.
