Take it easy: Just rest and avoid exercising over the next several days. This doesn't mean complete bed rest, just undertake normal activity. Also try to stay hydrated. There is a chance you have a degree of rhabomyolysis, more significant muscle tissue breakdown. So if you're pain is progressive and severe and/or your urine is darkening(or even becoming brown) then seek an inperson evaluation with your doc
