If It's Legal...: Being serious, never mix marijuana with nitrous oxide, the cumulative effect could cause you, and the doctor, issues! that said, as long as it's legal in your state, smoking it 24-hours before the use of nitrous oxide will not directly effect the nitrous oxide. However, chronic use of marijuana will harm the lungs, thus reducing the overall amount of inhalation anesthetic. It also promotes copd.
