Outside Leg Pain: Pain in the outside of your leg between the knee and ankle can be the peroneal muscles (strained), the peroneal nerve (neuritis or radiculopathy), the fibula itself (stress fracture or stress reaction), or the joints connecting the fibula and tibia (sprains). Please see an orthopedist or podiatrist to be worked up. Dr rich blake.

Knee: This can be several things as already stated. See your podiatrist who will work with your orthopedist to help.
