If you have normal 2decho jan, 12 lead ecg, chest xray, how long would pleurisy or pericarditis take place or will it happen even normal test?

Limited: Pericarditis and pleurisy usually resolve in a few weeks although this may vary depending on cause and treatment. The pain however may become more chronic or recurrent in some patients. Echocardiogram, cxr and/or ECG may be normal depending on cause and severity.
