Reduce stress, supps: Stress can contribute to hair loss but other factors may be at work too. Stress contributes to hypothyroidism ; adrenal fatigue which can cause hair loss. Reduce stress via exercise, meditation, counseling etc. Supps like b complex, vit c ; d, magnesium, zinc, ashwagandha, fo-ti, cordyceps ; tulsi tea can help. I advise working with a holistic md.
