Need more info: Lower right waist to the front is your appendix (mcburney's point) but other thing at that level and other places back or front are present including muscles and the hip, the adnexa or ovaries. Have it evaluated is the best sense i can tell you and if more symptoms such as fever, vomiting, go to er.
