Lumbar pain: Low back pain can be due to multiple reasons. If you have hurt yourself then this could due to a sprained muscle. Otherwise there could a kidney infection or some other pathology in the kidneys causing the pain. Similarly there could be an abscess developing around the spine. In any case you need a proper examination and further investigation by your doctor

Uncertain pleurisy: It could be muscle could be bone could be joint could be lung. You can check with your physician. The pain is high enough to be pleurisy but I'm not certain
