Not much benefit: The best time to begin it and make a difference is in the first 72 hours. By 7 days the rash should be crusting over and the illness reaching completion. Homeopathic rhus toxicodendron is awesome for chickenpox to stop itching and speed crufting over and can be useful even now at 7 days.
