Was in a car accident on 11/23/2013. gash on my forehead. ct scans were normal via er. since then, i experience dizziness when i lay, or sit up. also get 'sudden' dizziness, should i be concerned?

Yes get checked: The ct scan might have been normal immediately after the accident, but you could have a very small tear in a blood vessel leaking very slowly, have them repeat you ct or mri.
