Physical exam: This is not from your spondylosis. Physical exam needed. What is your body mass index (bmi)? Does your systolic blood pressure run at 150 or higher most of the time? Did you get your blood checked (thyroid hormone levels etc)? Ask your family physician to look things over for you.
