Getting older: All of us are getting older -- you're not alone! i'm sorry you feel this limits you so. As humans, we all have the choice to engage with life in the present, or not. And at 20, you have time to find meaningful ways to contribute to others -- such that you enjoy life too. I wish you work that challenges you, loving people around you, and a good therapist with whom to work out your concerns.

No temas! Live now!: As i see it, all people make sense all of the time; so your fear must be valid for you even though you have not described nature or parameters of your fear. Your question could be motivation enough for you to seek psychotherapy to better understand your limiting fears about getting older. Books like "the power of now" and "the four agreements" could also be helpful, as could vipassana meditation.
