Due to bad weather, i will be w/out my paxil (paroxetine) until mon (last pill was taken yesterday). how much of my xanax can i take to curb panic and withdrawals?

Perhaps none?: Paroxetine is a long acting drug so missing doses will only decrease the level of the drug in your system. Xanax (alprazolam) should be used only according to the direction of the prescribing doc.

Call your provider!: In my experience, xanax is not likely to completely alleviate withdrawal symptoms that you may develop from not having Paxil (paroxetine) between now and monday. I think it would be helpful, if at all possible (including taxi delivery), to obtain more Paxil (paroxetine) and continue taking it as prescribed. Paxil (paroxetine) withdrawal symptoms can be very distressing. Strongly recommend calling whoever is on call for your provider.
