Could gabapentin, lidocaisne 5% patchs, or prednisone be causn my face and rght arm to swel? i hav atrophy n ntir rght arm & hav severe pain n it.

Possible: You may have had a reaction to the medications or the additives in it.

Unilateral doubtful: While gabapentin, prednisone, and Lidocaine may all cause facial and/or peripheral edema , it is doubtful that medications alone would cause unilateral swelling in r arm unless Lidocaine patch is on r arm or wt gain from meds is causing venous thoracic outlet syndrome (tos) that now coexists with neurogenic tos.
