Hi, i have sle but for days severe upper arm(l) lymph infection, 3 days on prednisone, not better at all.other lymph also swollen, some hurt , others not?

Infectipn: You have a most concerning constellation of symptoms lyphadenitis is usually a bacterial induced event. Prednisone may mask symptoms but is contraindicated in infection. The medication is sometimes used with antibiotics to decrease inflammation . This requires urgent attention.
