Vitamin overdose: Generally a well balanced diet will help with almost all of your daily requirements. Toxicity generally will only occur with fat soluble vitamins like a, d e, k because the amounts are stored and can reach toxic levels . The water soluble ones like b, c are excreted by the kidney and will generally be removed from your system. All these items should be taken at the recommendation of your doctor.

Vitamins are safe: In is unlikely to e=overdose on any multivitamin if taken as directed. Most people do not have a balanced diet so a vitamin can be helpful.
