Pain/burning near my chest but its on the lower left rib cage, what could it be? could it be a uti? just happened i have no insurance to go 2 the er:(

Possibly yes! Could: Be a number of other things, as well, like: pneumonia, pulled muscles off the ribs, a rib fracture, bruising of the chest wall, pain from the back (spine), kidney , spleen or pancreas problems, etc, etc. Rarely a neuroma ( a nerve lesion) in the skin. You don't need to go the er but you should see your pcp or a free clinic to be evaluated. Good luck.
