No you should: Call your obstetrician now so they can get more details ? Fever ? How long going on? Any history of asthma? Etc. I would not take Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or anything for the cough until you speak to them. Better off with rest , lots of warm fluids ...If you don't have a dr. Yet go to an "urgent care" center near your home.
