In 1g of what?: I find your question a bit confusing. In 1g of what? Not exactly sure what you are asking but pure vitamin c as Ascorbic Acid is not particularly effervescent. However, when minerals such as magnesium or sodium bicarbonate are mixed with or combined with vit c it can make the preparation somewhat effervescent.
